Brett started ecruising in January 2000 and has built the company from the ground up. Originally formed with a staff of just two, the ecruising group of companies now consists of vertically integrated wholesale and retail divisions employing over 26 people.

Ecruising has been able to do this through its wholesale division agreements with over 33 cruise lines, 21 airlines and 64 hotels around the world.
In November 2008, Brett opened a regional office in Hong Kong which now employs four full time staff and just recently, Brett was recognised by Hong Kong's Chief Executive, the Honourable Donald Tsang, at the reception for Top Executives for New Companies Expanding into Hong Kong.
